Shipping and Delivery
A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.699, while there is free shipping for all orders worth & above Rs.699.
- Our estimated time to dispatch the order is 1 to 2 working days wherein the same may also vary due to the unavailability of the product.
- Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 – 7 working days and the same may vary depending on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.
- Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database. In the event your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list.
- In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by McGill Foods, McGill Foods Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product
- In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, McGill Foods Pvt.Ltd would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you.
- If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

How can you cancel your order?
- Log in to your Eatopia account, select Orders from your profile and select the order you want to cancel.
- If you placed an order as a guest and did not sign in, Go to https://eatopiaworld.com/my-account/ and enter your email id.
- Choose “forgot password” and set a password using the link sent to your email.
- You will now be able to log in to Eatopia world and look at your orders.
- Select the order you want to cancel and click cancel.
Before Dispatch – 100% Refund.
Post-Dispatch – No Refund.
The Refund Will Be Initiated Within 24 To 48 Hours And The Amount Will Reflect In Your Account Within 8 To 10 Working Days.
Damaged / Defective:
For the product you receive, we will:
- In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may expect a replacement provided that there is proof of damage/product difference, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please contact customer service if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged attaching the pictures/Flash Video of the defective product.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money.
Terms and Conditions for Cash on Delivery:
Do not accept the delivery if the parcel is tampered or open.
To initiate a replacement order, take a video while opening the parcel and the box inside. Please note that we cannot process a replacement order without a video. This is needed to raise a complaint with the delivery company incase of tampering or theft.
